• Workspace information: company workspace names, website domains, subscription status, and plan information.
• Workflow information: workflow names, descriptions, page routes, page titles, selected buttons, inputs, list items, labels, placeholders, and saved step descriptions.
• Extension activity: workflow capture actions you intentionally perform while using the GuidePanda Builder Chrome extension.
• Support information: messages and details you send when contacting us for support.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure GuidePanda.
• Create, save, manage, and replay product walkthroughs.
• Authenticate users and maintain account sessions.
• Enforce subscription limits and billing access.

• Improve reliability, product quality, and user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.

3. Chrome Extension Data

The GuidePanda Builder Chrome extension is used to create workflow steps inside web applications selected by the user. The extension only captures workflow steps after a user intentionally starts a capture session.

The extension does not record the screen, continuously monitor browsing activity, or capture workflow steps in the background. It stores session information so users can stay signed in and continue workflows across page changes.

4. Billing and Payments

Payment card details are processed by our payment provider. GuidePanda does not store full credit card numbers. We may store subscription status, plan, renewal, cancellation, and customer reference information needed to manage access to paid features.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell user data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate GuidePanda, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, support, and payment infrastructure providers.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to GuidePanda and are not permitted to use the information for unrelated purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide GuidePanda, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support business operations.
